▫ Garena Free Fire has been removed from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store in India.
▫ There has been no official statement from the makers of Free Fire, nor Apple or Google. According to news reports, the South Korean battle-royale game company Krafton is behind the move.
▫ Krafton, the creators of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), accused Garena of stealing its game’s concept. Krafton had filed a lawsuit against Garena, demanding it to be banned.
